Denison Mines Corp. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join the Wheeler River project team. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee day-to-day on-site activities, supervise contractors and crews, and ensure safe, cost-efficient construction in line with permits and schedules.

Based at the Athabasca Basin site on a two-week rotation, you will liaise with project managers, engineers, and suppliers, monitor progress, manage risks, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical diploma or Red Seal trade certification with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive construction leadership experience.
• Experience supervising large industrial/mining construction projects safely and efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day construction activities for mining infrastructure and camp facilities, safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise contractors, trades, and equipment operators, monitoring performance and quality of work.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards and promote a strong safety culture on site.
• Review plans and schedules, resolve issues, and adjust resources to meet milestones.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and design alignment.
