We are hiring experienced Medical Assistants interested in a high-growth role. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will:

  • Interact with patients and families, providing education and explaining treatments, procedures, and continuing care
  • Collaborate with departments for scheduling, lab results, and recordkeeping
Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming patient calls, prescriptions, and prior authorizations
  • Document patient interactions and route information to providers
  • Communicate lab results and schedule surgeries
  • Retrieve patient information from providers and labs
  • Manage reports and support scheduling and messaging systems
  • Ensure accurate documentation of consultations and treatments
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and community
  • Prioritize tasks and complete administrative duties using MS Office and web applications
  • This position requires support at a central location and across multiple offices
  • Maintain a positive, productive, and professional attitude aligned with our core values
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations, including privacy, safety, and data security
  • Complete all required training on time
Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant required
  • Experience in triage preferred
  • Dermatology experience preferred
