Williams Engineering Canada is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and coordinate multiple projects from our regional office. You will work with the Project Manager and Engineering Manager to deliver technical solutions, supervise junior staff, and ensure compliance with design standards.

The role emphasizes energy analysis, equipment selection, and HVAC/plumbing design, with opportunities to develop client-facing proposals and improve project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• P.Eng status with provincial association.
• 4–6 years of experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Team Lead/Project Manager to deliver finished projects.
• Coordinate information with Project Manager and Engineering Manager.
• Identify innovative technical approaches to mechanical engineering.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior teammates.
• Resolve mechanical/construction issues with contractors.
• Stamp own design and peer-review others' work.
• Prepare engineering design, specifications, and recommendations (HVAC, energy analysis, piping, plumbing).
