Tecsys is seeking a Marketing Events Specialist to bring our conferences, trade shows, customer events, workshops, and regional programs to life. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to convert strategy into high-quality experiences that strengthen the Tecsys brand.

This role thrives on organization, juggling multiple pieces, and delivering flawless events from planning through execution with attention to detail and strong collaboration across teams.

• Proven ability to manage multiple events from concept to completion.
• Strong organizational and execution-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, vendors, logistics, and stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver engaging event experiences.
• Manage registrations, sponsorships, signage, shipping, catering, A/V requirements, and on-site support.
• Track event performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Help build scalable event processes and best practices across Tecsys.
