Job Summary : The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and technical support to the assigned advisor team and to provide the highest quality of service to clients. Manage policy placement, replacements, conversions, and ensure all tasks are completed on time. Provide exceptional client service and resolve policy-related inquiries. Build strong relationships with insurance and fund companies, including case coordinators. Manage special projects and other duties as required by advisors. 2 years experience in the insurance industry (specifically with life insurance or investment product service capacity) ~ LLQP licence required (will consider applicants with the above experience and can support completion of LLQP Licence) Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service focus, ensuring high-quality outcomes for both clients and the company.
