Partner One is seeking a Due Diligence Analyst to join the Mergers and Acquisition team, supporting diligence activities and execution of acquisitions. The role is full-time and permanent, with collaboration across finance, strategy, and operating teams.

The analyst will assess financial and commercial data, research market trends, and identify targets that meet our criteria. Strong communication with executives and Excel-driven analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field.
• CPA/CFA track is a plus.
• Ability to present findings to executives is essential.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct overview and analysis of commercial and financial data of acquisition targets.
• Formulate and present assessment of the targets’ initial fit.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and acquisition opportunities.
• Identify software businesses meeting acquisition criteria and move deals forward.
• Support M&A team with ad hoc tasks related to live deals.
