Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Remote Lead UX/UI Designer to champion user-centered design across our digital product portfolio. You will lead a global design team, guide research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, and shape the user experience strategy for intuitive, engaging interfaces.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and stakeholders in an agile environment, mentor junior designers, and maintain design systems and UI kits.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years in UX/UI design with leadership experience.
Proven track record delivering user-centered products.
Experience collaborating with remote teams in agile environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the UX/UI design process for web and mobile apps from concept to launch.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and market analysis to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits.
Mentor junior designers and collaborate with product, eng, and stakeholders.
