Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience in relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of trust-based partnerships with immigrant-led organizations and grassroots groups.
• Translate partner insights into learning and convening approaches that are inclusive and non-extractive.
• Design and deliver modular learning offerings and ensure quality standards for external consultants and team members.
• Measure partner readiness and feedback to guide iteration and improvements.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to direct reports and coordinate with internal teams.
