Qualifications

• SACAP registration or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of EDGE/LEED or other green building certifications and energy-efficient practices.
• Excellent remote leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful sustainable residential community projects.
