Placements24 is seeking a Lead Sustainable Design Architect to join a fully remote, globally distributed team. You will spearhead sustainable design strategies across projects, drive net-zero performance, and mentor design teams to deliver eco-conscious architecture.

The role requires a Master’s in Architecture with a sustainability focus, 10+ years of experience including 5+ years in leadership, and strong energy modeling and certification expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture with a specialization in Sustainability.
• Minimum of 10 years of architectural design experience, with at least 5 years in sustainable design leadership.
• Proven experience leading projects to high sustainability and net-zero performance.
• Expert knowledge of energy modeling software and sustainable design tools.
• Accreditation in a major green building rating system (e.g., LEED AP, Green Star SA).
• Strong understanding of building science, passive design strategies, and renewable energy systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage remote project teams.
