Partner Company in Canada seeks a Java Tech Lead / Solution Architect to bridge hands-on development with architectural leadership on a telecoms platform. Qualificações

• At least 8 years of commercial Java development experience.
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead or Solution Architect role.
• Telecoms domain experience, preferably BSS/OSS.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot backend development.
• ,
• 3–4 years React/TypeScript frontend experience.
• Experience designing microservices and DDD.
• REST APIs and OpenAPI contracts.
• Open TM Forum APIs familiarity.
• Workflow orchestration with Camunda or Flowable.
• OAuth2, OIDC, Spring Security, RBAC security.
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• English communication at B2+ to C1.
• AI-assisted development familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Own solution architecture for portal and integration platform within BSS/OSS domain.
• Lead technical discovery and MVP strategy.
• Design scalable systems: domain models, REST APIs, microservices, event-driven components (DDD).
• Contribute hands-on Java/Spring Boot development with a 50/50 split between architecture and coding.
• Mentor a three-person full-stack Java team and collaborate with international stakeholders.
• Establish coding standards, quality gates, and secure software practices.
• Shape frontend architecture in React/TypeScript; review frontend code when needed.
• Design enterprise integrations with reliable patterns (idempotency, retries, async).
• Guide security and workflow design: OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC, and orchestration solutions.
• Collaborate with DevOps/QA on AWS, CI/CD, and deployment practices.
• Document ADRs and architecture with C4 diagrams; participate in live demos for UK clients.
• Explore AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and engineering effectiveness.
