Job summary

Aurora Cannabis Inc. is seeking an Analyst, IT Compliance & Controls to strengthen IT controls across Canada, Europe, and Australia.

You will drive ITGC design, documentation and monitoring, coordinating with IT leadership and audit teams to ensure SOX compliance and robust control environments. You will work with ERP and enterprise applications, focusing on security, change management and evidence collection in ServiceNow GRC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business/Accounting or related discipline.
• 7–10 years in IT compliance, IT risk, SOX, IT audit, or IT governance.
• Experience as IT Control Owner, Control Coordinator, or ITGC Program Lead.
• Experience with SOX ITGC across apps, infra, cloud, and security.
• ERP experience (Sage X3 preferred; SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics relevant).
• Experience using ServiceNow GRC to manage controls, evidence, testing and remediation.
• Experience with internal and external auditors across planning, testing and remediation cycles.
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional/global IT environments.

Responsibilities

• As Analyst you will design, implement, document and operate IT General Controls (ITGCs).
• Coordinate IT control owner activities across technology domains.
• Ensure controls are executed, monitored, and evidenced appropriately.
• Develop compensating controls for deficiencies or vendor gaps.
• Maintain control docs, narratives, matrices, and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement of the IT control framework.
• Coordinate SOX ITGC testing across apps, infra, cloud, and security ops.
• Manage control evidence in ServiceNow GRC.
• Track audit observations and remediation activities with auditors.
• Collaborate with Owners to ensure ERP security and change controls.
