HMG Careers is seeking a Work From Home Sales Consultant to represent an established insurance brand serving union members, veterans, and families across Canada and the United States. You’ll connect with prospective clients, assess their needs, and guide enrollment decisions from a remote setting.

Training is provided, leads are supplied, and you’ll work with a regional manager to set activity goals. First-year earnings are estimated at $67,000–$70,000 depending on performance.

Qualifications

• No previous insurance experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Coachable, dependable, and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain benefits clearly.
• Ability to manage your own schedule with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using Zoom.
• Sales, customer-service, hospitality, recruiting, or other people-facing experience.

Responsabilités

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.
• Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients enroll.
• Serve union members, veterans, working families, and partner organizations.
