You’ll receive leads, training, technology, and ongoing support to connect with clients and help them choose benefit programs. First-year earnings are estimated at $67,000 - $70,000, based on individual sales performance, with commissions and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Must be coachable, dependable and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Licensed life-insurance license required or willingness to obtain in your province/state.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with clients via Zoom to discuss benefit programs.
• Explain programs and help clients enroll in suitable options.
• Serve union members, veterans, families and partner organizations.
• Work with regional manager to set activity and performance goals.
