Role Overview

We’re looking for a Brand & Influencer Marketing Coordinator to oversee communication between our influencers and brand partners, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. This is a remote, full-time contractor role with a focus on accountability, communication, and operational support.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for influencers and brand partners via calls, group chats, and email.
  • Ensure influencers post approved content on schedule and meet campaign deliverables.
  • Track campaign timelines and update internal systems.
  • Provide daily updates and flag any issues to the management team.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and proactive communication style.
Qualifications
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills (professional, fluent English).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or account management preferred.
  • Comfortable working in U.S. business hours (EST).
  • Confident, personable, and able to hold others accountable.
Compensation
  • Contractor position, full-time hours (40/week).
  • Competitive monthly rate based on experience.
