Job summary

The Talent Vault is seeking an IAM Specialist (Mid/Senior) for a remote role based in Canada. The position supports Privileged Access Management initiatives, RBAC/SoD alignment, and IAM advisory services. Start date: July 20, 2026; duration through Sept 11, 2026; full-time, 40 hours/week.

Corp-to-Corp arrangement preferred, must reside in Canada. Bonus points for Snowflake access architecture exposure. This role requires strong PAM design experience and ability to document workflows and policies

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PAM concepts and best practices.
• Experience defining and implementing PAM controls, standards, and policies.
• Understanding of application RBAC and SoD principles.
• Experience documenting privileged access management workflows.
• Knowledge of IAM review/certification processes using SailPoint.

Description

• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices.
• Experience defining and implementing PAM controls, standards, and policies.
• Understanding of application role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
• Experience designing and documenting privileged access management workflows.
• Knowledge of how application access reviews and certifications can be performed using SailPoint.
• Experience providing Identity and Access Management (IAM) advisory and consulting services.
• (Good to have) Exposure to Snowflake access architecture and security model is considered an asset.
