Job summary

The Talent Vault is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist for a remote contract in Canada. This mid/senior consultant role focuses on PAM concepts, controls, and SoD, with a start date July 20, 2026 and duration through Sept 11, 2026.

Remote – Toronto/GTA aligned contract, you will design privileged access workflows, participate in access reviews using SailPoint, and provide IAM advisory services. Snowflake exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of PAM concepts and best practices.
• Experience defining and implementing PAM controls, standards, and policies.
• Understanding of RBAC and SoD principles.
• Experience designing privileged access management workflows.
• Knowledge of access reviews and certifications using SailPoint.
• IAM advisory and consulting experience, Snowflake exposure is a plus.

Rate: $80-110/hr

Description

• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices.
• Experience defining and implementing PAM controls, standards, and policies.
• Understanding of application role-based access control (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
• Experience designing and documenting privileged access management workflows.
• Knowledge of how application access reviews and certifications can be performed using SailPoint.
• Experience providing Identity and Access Management (IAM) advisory and consulting services.
• (Good to have) Exposure to Snowflake access architecture and security model is considered an asset.
