Advantages
  • $44,000 - $50,500 Annual Salary
  • Full time, Permanent position
  • REMOTE or Hybrid, if you are located near Montreal, Winnipeg or London, ON you will be considered Hybrid. If located outside these hubs you will be considered remote.
  • Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship
  • 3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days
  • Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
  • Strong English and French communication skills
  • Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
  • Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. (Multitasking)
  • Strong Problem Solving skills
  • Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
