We are seeking an Implementation and Business process-focused Application Specialist to drive data collection and configuration with clients, shaping how Tecsys is integrated into their operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct software implementation and consulting experience in a consulting or software company, or 2+ years on the customer side.
• Experience in software implementation with Performance TrackingInventory Management for MedSurg and/or Point of Use systems.
• Experience defining business process requirements, configuring software, loading data, testing, and training.
• Strong understanding of hospital supply and inventory management.
• Bachelor's degree and excellent written/spoken English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution with the project team to identify customer needs.
• Build on-site rapport with customers and guide them through Tecsys software integration.
• Apply your application knowledge, consulting acumen and supply chain expertise to contribute to a successful implementation.
