ContactLink Solutions is seeking a bilingual English–Hmong interpreter for a fully remote, full-time role. You will provide interpretation services across international teams and maintain professional conduct while delivering accurate, confidential language support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of interpreting experience, strong memory and note-taking skills, and excellent cross-cultural communication. Immediate onboarding is available to start quickly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Hmong at a bilingual/native level.
• 3+ years of interpreting experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and cross-cultural tolerance.
• Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls professionally according to interpreter's code of conduct.
• Be aware of industry vocabulary (healthcare and medical).
• Go into internal professional training.
• Communicate and report to your team leader.
