Varsity Tutors is seeking online High School Reading tutors to help students improve critical reading, textual analysis, and test readiness from home. You’ll set flexible hours, work with the platform’s Live Learning tools, and earn competitive rates up to $40/hour.

Tutors are paid promptly—up to twice per week—and can choose how much they tutor. Our AI-assisted Copilot helps craft lessons, saving prep time while maximizing impact on student learning.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of critical reading strategies and literary analysis.
• Ability to explain how to analyze author purpose and evaluate arguments.
