A 3+ year track record in performance and marketing creative for DTC or ecommerce is required, with a portfolio showing conversion-driven social and paid ads, email design, and trend awareness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of design experience in marketing or performance creative.
• Portfolio with social, paid ads, email, and ecommerce work.
• Strong understanding of platform-native design and cultural trends.

Responsibilities

• Design weekly ad creative for paid across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google.
• Support social assets: TikTok Shop assets and UGC edits.
• Collaborate with email team to design weekly campaigns and launches, and support A/B testing.
• Design and maintain web assets: banners, PDPs, and landing pages.
• Create engaging landing pages to drive interaction and purchases.
• Ensure brand cohesion across paid, email, PDP, and organic posts.
• Iterate using CTR, ROAS, and engagement data.
• Assist with packaging, print, and retail assets as needed.
