This 14-month contract emphasizes budget discipline, agile workflows, cross‑functional collaboration, and measurement of campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of program/project management experience within a brand or creative function.
• Experience delivering marketing projects at scale with multidisciplinary and global teams.
• Strong facilitation and meeting leadership skills.
• Proven budget management experience.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Brand Project Managers team in North America.
• Forecast marketing spend with Finance; manage budgets.
• Oversee budget tracking and cost reconciliation with Finance.
• Prioritize campaigns and allocate resources for impact.
• Manage workflow of Brand projects using agile processes.
• Oversee development and delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish processes for brand program implementation.
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors.
• Champion innovative approaches to brand programs.
• Coordinate with global Brand teams to align strategy.
