Job summary

Corning Technology Center Montreal (CTCM) is seeking a talented software developer to join an agile, cross-functional team. You will contribute across the full web application lifecycle, delivering high-quality, user-centric software using React, TypeScript, and Python.

You will write clean, scalable code, participate in system design decisions, and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines. The role offers remote-friendly work within Canada, with occasional in-person meetings at the

Qualifications

Experience with Python frameworks like FastAPI.
Experience with CI/CD.
Experience in system design and architecture.
Familiarity with development and collaboration tools such as GitLab, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using React, TypeScript, and Python.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, following best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to system architecture and design decisions.
Ensure code quality and reliability through code reviews and automated testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects, and contribute to agile processes and continuous improvements.
