Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience, freelance preferred.
• Ability to travel to various data centers on short notice.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends if required.
• Strong problem solving and independent work capability.
• Excellent communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and networking gear to maximize uptime.
• Monitor data center operations remotely and on-site; diagnose issues quickly.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Juniper devices for secure networks.
• Manage Linux and Windows systems; apply updates and security patches.
• Document installations, repairs, and performance; report to remote team.
• Implement security protocols adhering to industry standards.
• Collaborate with remote teams, vendors, and stakeholders on projects.
