Qualifications

• Active clinical license required (RN/NP/MD/DO or equivalent).
• 5+ years of clinical practice and patient care experience.
• Familiarity with quality measurement frameworks (CIHI, HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, NCQA).
• Experience with regulatory bodies and health system navigation.
• AI tools proficiency (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for day-to-day tasks.
