You will help shape autonomous agents and collaborate with teams across the globe on production-grade AI workflows. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration experience, with a focus on robust, modular software design and live-system readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building for live environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication in technical feedback.

Responsabilités

• Debug agent traces and diagnose failures in production-like environments.
