ClinChoice is seeking a Formula Regulatory Review Associate Consultant with a REMOTE option in CANADA for a 12-month CONTRACT to support a major consumer products client.

We are a global full-service CRO focused on quality, professional development, and a supportive culture.

The role involves reviewing and approving cosmetic formulations to ensure compliance with global regulations, including US, EU, Canada, and Asia-Pacific standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review cosmetic product formulations for regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure ingredient usage adheres to regional restrictions and limits.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teams.
  • Maintain documentation of assessments.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes.
  • Support regulatory submissions and safety assessments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant regulatory experience in cosmetics or personal care.
  • Knowledge of cosmetic ingredient regulations (INCI, EU, FDA).
  • Attention to detail and strong interpretative skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with global cosmetic regulatory systems (EU CPNP, US MoCRA).
  • Familiarity with formulation software or databases.
