Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital merchandising
• 3+ years in eCommerce or marketing environments
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Experience with pricing and profitability concepts
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own digital merchandising for category promotions, launches and experience optimization.
• Optimize digital touchpoints for email, search, and social channels.
• Use analytics tools to identify opportunities and improve digital KPIs.
• Review forecasts to align featured products with demand and inventory.
• Optimize product placement, navigation, and on-site search to improve discovery and conversion.
