Job summary

Zensurance is seeking a customer-focused Commercial Insurance Broker for a remote-first role based in Toronto. You will align with one of three broker teams—Accounts, New Business, or Renewals—and manage client requests, policy servicing, and strategic upselling within a high-volume environment.

Reporting to a Team Lead, you’ll leverage digital tools and a BMS to service portfolios while advancing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensing: valid broker license with 1+ years of insurance experience; RIBO license desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration with underwriters and partners.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Accounts: onboard clients and serve as main contact for requests.
• Policy servicing: review submissions, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes.
• Upsell opportunities during mid-term reviews and remarkets for optimal coverage.
