Job summary

Wing seeks elite talent to join M32 AI, a startup inside a corporate, building agentic AI for traditional service businesses. This role owns our presence at North American events and turns booth activities into meetings and revenue.

You'll work with sales, marketing, and product, plan end‑to‑end events, manage budgets, run on-site operations, and drive pre/post campaigns while traveling 30–50% across NA with potential Europe travel.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years in event marketing or coordination.
• Experience managing an events budget and ROI.
• Familiar with AI applications in marketing.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and prioritize events.
• Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons.
• Plan and execute end to end logistics.
• Be the on-site point of contact.
• Prep the team.
• Drive pipeline with sales.
• Run pre- and post-event campaigns.
• Own the budget.
• Define KPIs and report results.
