Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience using Excel, PowerPoint and Word on high‑impact business projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating complex models, reports, analyses and presentations across industries.
• Background in business roles such as private equity, investment banking, junior consultant, FP&A, HR or marketing strategist with hands‑on project work.
• Proficiency in designing use cases reflecting functions like strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance or HR.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate feedback clearly.
• Experience interacting with LLMs or writing long‑form prompts for AI tools is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate nuanced differences in document quality and business applicability.

Responsibilities

• Design and simulate challenging business scenarios requiring expert use of Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Engage in multi-turn conversations with an LLM, presenting complex prompts and evaluating AI outputs.
• Create and review Office documents (.xlsx, .docx, .pptx) and assess AI-provided solutions against standards.
• Document feedback and provide side-by-side preference data to inform AI training.
• Contribute domain knowledge across industries to cover diverse real-world use cases.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats for precise understanding and feedback to the AI training team.
