Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Epic Ambulatory Rehab Analyst based in Canada for a fully remote contract. You will support implementation and optimization of Epic Rehab across PT/OT/Speech, with go-live support through April/May 2027.

Collaborate with clinicians and IT teams to ensure reliable workflows and a smooth user experience. Responsibilities include build, configuration, testing, UAT, documentation, and ongoing stabilization of Epic Rehab across multiple sites.

Formación

• Hands-on Epic Rehab experience is required.
• Epic Rehab certification strongly preferred.
• Ambulatory (Epic Ambulatory) certification or significant ambulatory experience is expected.
• Experience with rehabilitation workflows (PT/OT/Speech) and Epic build, configuration, testing, troubleshooting.
• Ability to work remotely across healthcare sites and translate requirements into Epic configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Epic Rehab rollout for designated healthcare sites, including build, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Configure Epic workflows for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and other rehab services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and operational stakeholders to translate workflows into Epic solutions.
• Perform build, configuration, testing, validation, and troubleshooting within Epic Rehab and related functionality.
• Support testing (UAT), workflow validation, and go-live readiness; provide post-go-live stabilization.
