Qualifications

• Several years of experience leading and developing software engineering teams.
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams and scaling organizations.
• Strong ownership mindset and decision-making across complex tradeoffs.
• Strong product and business acumen, linking engineering to customer value.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and modern delivery practices.
• Experience operating production systems with focus on reliability and observability.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop an engineering team across multiple locations.
• Own team outcomes and ensure reliable, high-quality solution delivery.
• Partner with Product Management to define priorities and roadmaps.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and technical decisions clearly.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture and system design.
• Drive engineering excellence with CI/CD, automation, and modern workflows.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain engineering talent in a distributed environment.
• Scale distributed teams and align priorities with business objectives.
