Job summary

Crimson Education, a leading college admissions consulting firm, seeks a high-performing Education Sales Consultant to guide families through one of the most important investments in their child's education. This role is fully remote (Canada based), with occasional opportunities to participate in events.

You will own a pipeline, conduct in-depth consultations, and tailor programs to each family’s goals while building trusted relationships and driving revenue with a premium client experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally in a high-value service environment.
• Strong ability to build rapport and influence decisions with credibility and empathy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of organization and ability to manage a remote pipeline effectively.
• A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own a pipeline of prospective families and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct in-depth consultations to understand each student's goals, profile, and potential.
• Recommend tailored programs aligned to each family's needs and aspirations.
• Guide families confidently through the decision-making process.
