YO AI Labs in Canada is seeking a Dutch Bilingual Expert to contribute to a global language and AI training project. This remote contractor role focuses on evaluating Dutch speech and providing feedback to improve language models.

You will examine nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, and grammar, and document findings according to project guidelines. Prior AI experience is not required, but strong Dutch and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot language nuances.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Dutch audio and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and quality.
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, accent, and authenticity.
• Identify language errors and unnatural expressions.
• Provide clear written feedback on language nuances.
• Document findings using project tools and guidelines.
• Apply rubrics and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with QA leads to ensure consistency.
• Participate in project updates and respond to clarifications.
• Complete evaluations accurately within timelines.
• Maintain high attention to detail throughout review and submission.
