Ayr Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our agency's marketing efforts, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and growth. You will oversee SEO, paid ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to build our client pipeline and strengthen online presence.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record in lead generation and brand growth through SEO and paid campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
Experience with email marketing and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies to generate leads.
Oversee and manage SEO efforts, optimizing our website for search engine rankings.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Manage and grow the agency’s social media presence.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including nurturing and automation.
Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials (blogs, whitepapers, case studies).
Track and report on marketing KPIs, making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
