Role Overview:
The Remote Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying information across various databases and systems. This role requires precision, efficiency, and confidentiality, supporting both internal operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy
Review entries for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Maintain and organize digital files and records
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards
Communicate with internal teams to clarify or verify data
Support reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Fast and accurate typing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
