We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data in various systems while working from the comfort of your home. The ideal candidate has strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Key Responsibilities:Enter, verify, and maintain large volumes of data in spreadsheets, databases, or company systems
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all data entries
Update and organize digital records and files
Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Perform regular data audits and generate reports as needed
Collaborate with team members or departments to obtain missing information
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Meet daily or weekly data entry quotas or deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40–50 WPM recommended)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with data entry software or CRM tools is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
