Job summary

ODAIA is seeking a Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data ingestion and onboarding pipelines for customer data on our AI-driven platform. You will work with AWS, Snowflake, Dagster/Airflow, and DBT, collaborating with product and engineering to align data systems with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering building production-grade pipelines.
• Experience with AWS (ECS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway) and Snowflake.
• Experience with Dagster or Airflow for orchestration.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with DBT, ETL processes, and performant SQL.
• Experience integrating with CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable data infrastructure for customer onboarding and ingestion.
• Design and ship Claude-powered tools to reduce MTTR and automate error triage.
• Develop automation tools to configure and ingest new customer datasets.
• Solve complex data challenges with end-to-end data solutions in an agile startup environment.
• Serve as SME to internal teams and customers on data integration and management best practices.
• Implement scalable ingestion pipelines leveraging AWS tools and services.
• Develop integrations with Veeva/Salesforce and other data sources; contribute to proofs-of-concept.
• Design APIs and data models enabling cross-system interoperability.
• Explore and onboard new data sources, designing warehouse schemas for analytics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering to align data systems with strategy.
