As we expand into Canada, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our remote customer service team.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and shipping.
  3. Handle returns, exchanges, and customer concerns with professionalism.
  4. Maintain knowledge of our product lines and latest fashion trends.
  5. Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
  1. Previous customer service experience preferred.
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  4. Tech-savvy with proficiency in email and online chat tools.
