Universal Call Center Rep

Our sales representatives are trained to excel in selling and handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

  • Earn $21.50 CAD per hour
  • Assist customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule
  • Work a minimum of 20 hours per week; more hours are available if desired
  • Set a flexible schedule between Monday-Friday 7:30am-11pm EST (Peak: 9am-4pm EST), Saturday 7:30am-8pm EST, Sunday 9am-8pm EST (Peak: 11am-3pm EST)
  • Handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and text message
Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales experience (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required)
  • Must work at least 20 hours per week during Operating/Peak hours specified above
  • Must not have an active contract with TCA
