Universal Call Center Rep

Our sales representatives are trained to excel in selling and handle a wide range of customer service inquiries. They possess exceptional soft skills, including empathy and a strong desire to please customers, making them highly effective in providing both sales support and customer care.

• Earn $21.50 CAD per hour¹
• Assist customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and scheduling
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the option to work more
• Set your own flexible schedule between Monday-Friday: 7:30am-11:00pm EST (Peak: 9am-4pm EST), Saturday: 7:30am-8:00pm EST (Peak: 7:30am-8:00pm EST), Sunday: 9am-8pm EST (Peak: 11am-3pm EST)
• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, text message, and other channels
