Position Details
  • Position: Customer Care Representative
  • Industry: Professional services (Financial, HR, Healthcare)
  • Location: Work from Home
  • Salary: $20 per hour
  • Contract: Open-ended
Schedule
  • Full-time, long-term starting August 2024
  • Monday - Friday, 7am - 11pm EST
  • 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
  • No part-time or seasonal applications
Responsibilities
  • Handle high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Assist with HR, financial, and healthcare inquiries, including benefits, retirement plans, and account updates
  • Process transactions such as health enrollments and direct deposit updates
  • Create and update customer files and communicate with third parties
  • Meet KPIs and targets daily
  • Navigate multiple systems and assist customers in system navigation
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for customer care
  • Good computer skills and system navigation
  • Flexible, adaptable, dependable in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to pass a criminal background check
  • Experience in HR, Financial, or Healthcare industries preferred
  • Own a Windows computer with Windows 10 or higher, Intel i5 or equivalent, 16GB RAM, 128GB SSD, headset, and camera
  • Ethernet cable required; Wi-Fi not permitted
