Position Details
- Position: Customer Care Representative

- Salary: $20 per hour
- Contract: Open-ended
Schedule
- Full-time, long-term starting August 2024
- Monday - Friday, 7am - 11pm EST
- 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
- No part-time or seasonal applications
Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of inbound customer calls
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Assist with HR, financial, and healthcare inquiries, including benefits, retirement plans, and account updates
- Process transactions such as health enrollments and direct deposit updates
- Create and update customer files and communicate with third parties
- Meet KPIs and targets daily
- Navigate multiple systems and assist customers in system navigation
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer care
- Good computer skills and system navigation
- Flexible, adaptable, dependable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Experience in HR, Financial, or Healthcare industries preferred
- Own a Windows computer with Windows 10 or higher, Intel i5 or equivalent, 16GB RAM, 128GB SSD, headset, and camera
- Ethernet cable required; Wi-Fi not permitted
