A leading healthcare service provider is seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative to provide excellent service to patients. Responsibilities include answering interactions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring patients have the information they need for a memorable experience. The position is fully remote with a competitive wage and additional benefits, including a flexible schedule and insurance programs.
We are recruiting for a start date of November 10th!
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience required.

Our Patient Care Center agents are the first point of contact for new and existing patients, answering incoming interactions, while providing excellent customer service every step of the way. Their daily tasks will include proposing and/or editing appointments, updating patient records, answering questions related to pre and post operative process, answering chats and social media comments. They also follow-up with comments sent via our website. They ensure that patients have all the information they need to have a memorable experience.
