Job summary

Indero, a dermatology and rheumatology CRO, seeks a Clinical Trial Manager II to oversee sites, ensure quality deliverables, and mentor CRAs across Canadian trials. The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory expertise, and collaboration with sponsors and cross-functional teams.

You will drive planning, training, and monitoring activities, with travel up to 10% and the possibility of working remotely from anywhere in Canada. English proficiency required; French is an asset.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical research experience including monitoring and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent command of English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clinical monitoring activities meet sponsor expectations and SOPs, regulations and GCP.
• Identifies quality issues and trends in site performance and monitoring activities; develops action plans.
• Serves as a point of contact for CRAs and Lead CRAs and provides mentoring.
• Reviews site visit reports and tracks metrics for compliance.
• Contributes to Clinical Monitoring Plan development and project-specific CRA training.
• Leads CRA meetings and co-monitoring activities; may participate in business development.
