Job summary

Stevenson & White, serving Ottawa’s thriving tech sector, seeks a polished Controller to lead the finance team. You will drive monthly and quarterly reporting, perform IFRS analyses, and present results to senior leaders.

You will mentor staff and collaborate with operational leaders to improve financial performance. The role offers remote work, strong growth potential, and exposure to high‑impact projects, including integration of acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Formal accounting education required.
• CPA nearing completion preferred.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience required.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Perform IFRS-based technical accounting analysis.
• Analyze, summarize, and present financial results to senior leadership.
• Support M&A team with financial integration of acquisitions.
• Manage, coach, and mentor finance professionals.
