Qualifications

• Formal accounting education required.
• CPA nearing completion preferred.
• 4+ years progressive accounting experience required.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Perform IFRS-based technical accounting analysis.
• Analyze, summarize, and present financial results to senior leadership.

As a key member of the finance management team, you will provide financial support and analysis to help drive the organization's success. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will lead a team of finance professionals and partner closely with senior operational leaders as a trusted advisor. • Ensuring accurate and timely monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Performing technical accounting analysis in accordance with IFRS
• Analyzing, summarizing, and presenting financial results to senior leadership
• Supporting the M&A team with the financial integration of new acquisitions
• Managing, coaching, and mentoring fellow financial professionals

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with IFRS

Compensation:

• $100,000 - $115,000 annual salary range
