Our remote team operates with clear systems, structured training, and a collaborative, supportive culture.
Receive full training in our outreach and onboarding systems
Conduct structured conversations to determine program suitability
Support new clients during onboarding and initial engagement
Maintain accurate CRM records and communication logs
Collaborate with the team to improve outcomes and processes
Compensation is commission and performance-based (details provided during the selection process). This is not a salaried position.

Reliable internet access and a laptop are required.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience (client-facing, management, or comparable roles)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
