Job summary

TekSavvy Solutions Inc. is seeking a commercial lawyer to join our busy legal team in a remote role from Canada. You will report to the Director, Legal Affairs and work with senior members of the Legal, Regulatory & Public Policy team, providing practical advice on commercial and privacy matters.

You will review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, manage your own matters, and interact directly with internal clients across the business. A LL.B./J.D.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or J.D. with good standing in the Law Society of Ontario.
• 2–3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Interest in telecommunications and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice to internal teams on commercial, privacy, and other matters.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Manage own matters and support more complex files under supervision of senior counsel.
• Assist on other legal, regulatory, and administrative matters.
